How Can I Make Sure
I Get The Right Part
This is the most common question we
get asked , The Answer is simple , Please provide us with a number
from the unit or a digital picture . PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL OF
WEBSITES THAT LET YOU LOOK UP YOUR OWN PARTS. The are more often
than not inaccurate and have the cheek to charge you if you return
the unit.
Also on our request form
there is a field for the registration number of the vehicle , this
is equally important to the look up process ..
We get a number of
enquiries with any old rubbish in the registration number field ,
this puzzles us as some people perhaps think that it's private or we
are going to use it for some unscrupulous means , Do you really
think we'd go to all this trouble when we could go and stand on any
road and gather as many numbers as we wanted.
How can i contact you ?
You can contact us by
either e-mail or telephone , Our telephone lines are open Monday -
Friday 10.00am till 4.00pm. Feel free to call us we are human and
will talk to you .
If you cannot contact us
via telephone or your call is unanswered feel free to send us an
e-mail, we will respond as soon as possible.
We also respond to
e-mails out of our normal business hours in the evening and at
weekends so don't ever be afraid to send us one we won't bite
.
What if the unit you send me is wrong ?
We work very hard to try to ensure you get the right part first
time and as some people will already know we often ask for the
numbers from the current unit as this is a sure way of getting the
part first time . If however the unit is wrong we will collect the
incorrect unit from you and send the correct one to you .
I no longer need the part you supplied , What can
i do ?
Return the unit to us
, we will happily issue a refund but lets be fair we can't
work for nothing , There is a 20% Handling charge.
Can i Collect The
Unit From You ?
Yes you can But Please
check With us First as out stock is located at different locations.
The Pulley is different , Can it be changed ?
Yes is the answer .
Many units we supply come without the pulley or come with the most
popular fitted pulley . Changing a pulley does not affect your
warranty in any way.
Do you supply parts
for my unit ?
Yes but we cannot
supply parts unless we have the unit number. Reason for this is that
one vehicle may have 3 different makes of unit fitted.

This one is quite simple in our
opinion .... You get what you pay for !!
Remember the cheaper the unit the less
parts have been replaced.
We've seen some very poor units over
the years to the extent that they have been washed , cleaned
and put back together No parts replaced at all. Bear in mind
there are some good quality remanufactured units available but again
this is reflected in the price.

Why Do You Not Have a Searchable
Database Like Other Web Sites. ????
Simple There are two many errors /
Choices in all these systems
We've looked at them all , Even with
our Number Plate Recognition software we sometimes cannot identify
the correct unit and need more information.
One thing we will guarantee you is
that every inquiry is check by a human , If there is a choice we'll
let you know.
